Our unique design rope and leather collars are 100% locally handmade and features a two-tone look of your choice. Hand-stitched using the highest quality materials available, the rope & leather collar features a genuine leather adjustable strap and solid brass hardware.

Our leather is made from full grain leather. It’s dyed through and features an anti-scratch protection layer. This is the most natural, most durable, and most expensive leather used for high-end products. Each hide has its own characteristics and therefore each item is absolutely one of a kind.
Please note, all orders have a processing time of 2-3 working days. Our custom products, such as ID tags (leather & metal) have a processing time of +- 10 working days.
Small: Length 34.5cm, buckle to first hole, 23cm, to last hole, 34cm
Medium: Length 48cm, buckle to first hole, 35.5cm, to last hole, 47.5cm
Large: Length 66cm, buckle to first hole, 51cm, to last hole, 65cm
SHIPPING
Free Shipping in RSA for orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a R120 shipping fee will apply. Excluding pet beds.
Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 4 – 5 working days. Outlying areas 5 – 6 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.You’re welcome to email us on [email protected] if you’re needing any assistance
RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS
Wild Mongoo Pets is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your product. However if you change your mind you are entitled to a refund or voucher code within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
The below requirements must be met:
- Proof of purchase must be included
- Item in original condition, unused and in original packaging
- Email your return request to [email protected] and once authorised we will arrange a collection and a refund or voucher
Please Note:
- Returning a product will be at the customer's own expense unless there is a problem with the product quality. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5 business day of Wild Mongoo Pets receiving the return parcel. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for bank processing timelines.
Any goods purchased on promotion will be subject to a handling & admin fee of R150 on return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
