Free Shipping in RSA for orders over R1000. For orders under R1000, a R120 shipping fee will apply. Excluding pet beds.
Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 4 – 5 working days. Outlying areas 5 – 6 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.You’re welcome to email us on [email protected] if you’re needing any assistance

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

Wild Mongoo Pets is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your product. However if you change your mind you are entitled to a refund or voucher code within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

The below requirements must be met:

• Proof of purchase must be included
• Item in original condition, unused and in original packaging
• Email your return request to [email protected] and once authorised we will arrange a collection and a refund or voucher

Please Note:

• Returning a product will be at the customer's own expense unless there is a problem with the product quality. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5 business day of Wild Mongoo Pets receiving the return parcel. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for bank processing timelines.
Any goods purchased on promotion will be subject to a handling & admin fee of R150 on return. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
